December 2012

Christmas time is fast approaching and this is often the time that patient’s feel the most pain due to increased activities, increased stress, and colder weather. We encourage you to continue to exercise, healthy eating, drinking a lot of fluids, and resting when possible. Beware of hanging the Christmas lights as well as reaching to hang ornaments on your Christmas trees! This leads to the most common injuries during December.

We would like to let you all know that our office will be closed from December 24th-December 26th for Christmas and December 31st-January 2nd for New Years.

All of us here at Bianco Brain and Spine wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy new Year!!
